Be involved in projects with our Northeast Region Strategic Growth Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges. WSP is currently initiating a search for a full time Senior Marketing Coordinator. The position can be located within any of our major states within the Northeast Region (Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York).
This is an opportunity to be a part delivering critical infrastructure that supports the safe and sustainable growth of the communities in which we live. While based in a specific office, the Senior Marketing Cordinator will serve as a regional resource working throughout a multi-state region. The position will integrate with a high performing, supportive team of marketing coordinators, graphic designers, and strategy development staff responsible for securing some of the largest infrastructure projects in the Northeastern U.S. The Senior Marketing Coordinator will work with a variety of staff, from planners and engineers to designers and construction managers, supporting the marketing team with proposals, qualification packages, award submittals, resumes, project descriptions, and data management. We are looking for a motivated people-person with excellent writing and communication skills to lead the proposal process and support our fast-paced workflow.
While our ideal candidate will bring experience in the A/E/C or professional services industries, what we’re looking for is someone with a collaborative, can-do attitude that has a special knack for creativity and persuasive storytelling.
