Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building services design, tender preparation and project administration
- Site inspection and attend meetings for building development, and/or mission critical projects
- Liaise with clients, clients' consultants, contractors and authorities from concept to detailed design and construction administration
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Relevant engineering design and project management experience and knowledge in the respective disciplines is preferred
- Prior experience in engineering consulting work or project management will be advantageous
- Strong sense of responsibility and organization
- Strong communication, presentation and project management skills
- Candidate with more experience and higher qualification will be considered for senior position
