WSP is currently initiating a search for a Part-Time Billing Coordinator for our New York - Penn Plaza office. Be involved in projects with our Industrial Hygiene and Hazmat, Earth & Environment Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client's objectives and solves their challenges.

Your Impact

• Our Industrial Hygiene and Hazmat services group is seeking a Billing Technician who can operate in a fast-paced, high-volume, city/state contracting environment. 
• The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for generating invoices for our NYC/NYS related contracts within the company and supporting the project management teams to successfully bill for services.

Required Qualifications

• A successful candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-direct in to meet monthly deadlines. The candidate must be able to effectively interpret and understand contract billing requirements to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• 3 years relevant experience.
