This Opportunity
WSP is currently initiating a search for an Early Career Environmental Scientist/ Geologist for our Tampa, FL office. Be involved in projects with our Site Investigation & Remediation Earth & Environment Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges.

Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology or a related degree.
- 0 to 1 years of relevant post education experience.
- Prior internship experience, leadership experience, or relevant coursework.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong technical writing, analytical and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with an emphasis on quality work products.
- The selected candidate must have the ability to work in the United States immediately.
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 40 Hour HAZWOPER
- First Aid, CPR, AED
- OSHA - 30 Hour Construction
- Florida Phosphate Mine Training Certificate
- Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) Certificate
- Florida Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control Inspector Training
