Identity Development Manager 

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Development Manager to lead our dynamic team responsible for managing SailPoint IIQ and overseeing Active Directory integrations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SailPoint IIQ, Active Directory management, vendor relationship management, and a proven track record in collaborating with business stakeholders to meet identity governance requirements. 

Responsibilities: 

  1. SailPoint IIQ and Active Directory Management: 

  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of SailPoint IIQ and Active Directory systems. 

  • Develop and implement strategies for identity governance and access management aligned with business needs. 

  1. Team Management: 

  • Lead and mentor a remote team of IGA specialists, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and skill development. 

  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to achieve departmental goals. 

  1. Business Collaboration: 

  • Engage with business units to understand identity governance requirements and translate them into actionable strategies. 

  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of IGA initiatives with organizational objectives. 

  1. Vendor Management: 

  • Manage relationships with vendors providing managed services, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met. 

  • Collaborate with vendors to optimize IGA solutions and drive continuous improvement. 

  1. Project Management: 

  • Plan, execute, and oversee IGA projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. 

  • Implement best practices for project management and drive process improvements within the team. 

  1. Communication and Reporting: 

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on IGA initiatives, progress, and challenges. 

  • Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation related to IGA activities, compliance, and improvements. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.  Equivalent experience, in lieu of degree, is acceptable. 

  • Several years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ and Active Directory administration. 

  • Proven experience in managing a remote technical team. 

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders. 

  • Vendor management experience, including negotiation and contract management. 

  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion and ServiceNow is a plus.

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $69,600 - $157,000

WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.

Expected Salary (Colorado only): $69,600 - $157,000
