WSP is a global consulting firm assisting public and private clients to plan, develop, design, construct, operate and maintain thousands of critical infrastructure projects around the world.  

Position Summary 

Reporting into the Global Manager Identity Access Operations, Lead Analyst PAM Operations will spearhead the implementation, management and enhancement of our Privileged Access Management system. This role involves overseeing access controls, strategizing PAM initiatives, and ensuring compliance with security protocols and day to day PAM operational activities. 

 

The Lead PAM Analyst Operations is expected to conduct the following activities: 

  • Design and execute PAM strategies and policies. 

  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of PAM solutions. 

  • Supervise access provisioning and de-provisioning processes. 

  • Conduct regular risk assessment and audits related to privilege access. 

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure adherence to security standards. 

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the operations team. 

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging PAM technologies. 

  • PowerShell Script and documentation creation and maintenance. 

  • Monitoring, reporting, access review and following up on alerts. 

Requirements: 

Required 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Information Systems, Business, Mathematics & Statistics, Engineering or relevant discipline, or a comparable combination of education and work experience 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in implementing and managing Privilege Access management solutions. Including one year in a lead role. 

  • Proficiency in PAM tools (e.g., Thycotic, CyberArk, Beyond Trust etc.) 

  • Knowledge of Azure AD/Active Directory, SSO and MFA and IGA 

  • In-depth experience with MS Excel, Visio and PowerPoint 

  • Strong Understanding of business process design, security protocols, access controls, and risk management, including risk analysis, mitigation, and monitoring 

  • Good interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively verbally and written with end users at all levels of the organization. 

  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle and standard industry practices relating to requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities 

  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail and quality 

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills 

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. 

  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. 

  • Languages required: English.  

  • Languages nice-to-have: French, Spanish and/or Portuguese. 

  

Preferred 

  • Working hands on familiarity with HCM, Oracle Financial, SailPoint IIQ, Service Now, Power BI etc. 

  • Strong technical and business acumen, understanding of regulatory and industry frameworks (ISO, NIST etc.)

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $69,600 - $157,000

Expected Salary (Colorado only): $69,600 - $157,000
