Perform related responsibilities as assigned to oversee and manage multiple concurrent construction tasks in the field and project management.

Your Impact

•    CQC System Manager Identify as CQC System Manager an individual within the onsite work organization who is responsible for overall management of CQC and have the authority to act in all CQC matters. \Responsible for project level Quality Control and oversight of craft labor and/or subcontractor management, logistics, schedules, sample collection, data analysis and report preparation as required to advance project progress.
•    Implement the "Three Phase of Control" plan for each DFOW. 
•    Inspect all work and rework, as applicable, to ensure its compliance with contract requirements. 
•    Maintain a rework log.
•    Hold weekly QC meetings with the project stakeholders and distribute minutes of these meetings.
•    Immediately stop any segment of work, which does not comply with the contract requirements and direct the removal and replacement of any defective work.
•    Perform Punch-out and participate in Pre-final and Final acceptance Inspections.
•    Maintain up to date field records including daily progress reports, test log, meeting documents, shop drawings, test reports, as-built records and other documents necessary to document field activities
•    Coordinate the preparation of required interim and final deliverables for projects in his or her charge
•    Prepare and recommend scientifically valid and appropriate quality assurance measures for technical assignment, e.g. data collection activities
•    Coordinate technical activities with other professionals and field personnel
•    Provides technical supervision and assistance to ensure project activities are technically valid and results are coordinated for project continuity and control. Acting as a working QC manager, serves to coordinate all technical activities in an efficient manner to ensure that the project requirements and deadlines are met
•    Act as liaison with other professionals and field personnel to accomplish the efficient and smooth implementation of project directives.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

•     Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Sciences with a minimum of 2 years experience (within the last 10 years), as a Construction CQC, in construction of fuel systems. 
Or
Have a minimum of 5-7 years construction experience (within the last 10 years) as a Construction CQC or Superintendent with a minimum of 2 of those years, as a Construction CQC,  in construction of fuel systems.

In addition to the above experience and/or education requirements, the CQC System Manager must have completed the course entitled "Construction Quality Management For Contractors".
•   Certifications (Not Mandatory) API 653, Aboveground Storage Tank Inspector; API 570, Process Piping Inspector; Steel Tank Institute SP 001 Tank Inspector; NACE CIP Level II or higher; and NACE CP Level I or higher, 30 Hour OSHA, CPR, 40 Hour HAZWOPER.
•    Strong oral and written communication skills
•    Ability to prepare reports
•    Knowledge of Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint preferred
•    A valid driver's license is required
•    A valid passport is required
•    Ability to work on US military bases is required
•    Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as required
•    Must pass background check and must have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Company's driving (MVR) policy
