WSP is currently initiating a search for a Resident Construction Manager for our Pittsburgh office. Be involved in projects with our PMCM Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges. 

Your Impact 

Job Duties:

• Field manager of construction contract
• Supervise Inspection staff
• Conduct project progress meetings and develop minutes
• Coordinate construction with client operations and multiple departments
• Provide project controls for construction contract

Who You Are

Minimum Requirements

•  BS Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Equivalent_
•  10 + years experience in construction management
•  Experience in general, mechanical, electrical, and construction
•  Building and /or civil construction experience
•  Concrete repairs experience
•  Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
• Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
• Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Rail Construction
