Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building services design, tender preparation and project administration
• Site inspection and attend meetings for building development, and/or mission critical projects
• Liaise with clients, clients' consultants, contractors and authorities from concept to detailed design and construction administration

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Relevant engineering design and project management experience and knowledge in the respective disciplines is preferred
• Prior experience in engineering consulting work or project management will be advantageous
• Strong sense of responsibility and organization
• Strong communication, presentation and project management skills
• Candidate with more experience and higher qualification will be considered for senior position
