WSP is currently initiating a search for a Fare System Analyst for our Baltimore, MD or Chicago, IL office. The ideal candidate will have fare collection experience and strong skills in work plan development and progress tracking. Your Impact
- Assess and analyze current fare system operations and propose suggestions for future enhancement
- Examine and identify new requirements for fare systems and develop specifications for acquiring new payment solutions
- Supervise the procurement process for selecting new fare payment technology solutions
- Strategize, monitor, and oversee fare payment system projects to align with technological advancements and revenue protection
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fare payment technologies, trends, and solutions for transit fare collection systems
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field
- Demonstrate experience in project management, specifically in technology-related initiatives
- Possess at least 5 years of experience coordinating and supporting fare collection business processes
- Exhibit strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Engineer in Training Certification.
- Working experience with Microsoft SharePoint
- Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional)
