SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER - 51067
Taipei, TaiwanThe candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the HR team to manage the C&B, recruitment, the company annual performance review process, talent development, talent retention, and I&D.
- Align with the company's business strategy to develop the HR short term and long term plan.
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
- Ensure the organization's compliance with Taiwan labor regulations
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business strategies.
- Maintain HR systems and processes
- Conduct performance and salary reviews
- Provide support and guidance to HR staffs
- Analyze the market trends in compensation and benefits
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with relevant experience
- 15+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
