Primary focus of project work will be the development of engineering studies, design reports, construction design documents, and construction oversight/administration related to water/wastewater infrastructure in the municipal and industrial markets. Your Impact
• Provide engineering services in support of planning, studies, analysis and design of water treatment and collection / distribution systems, including pump/lift stations, groundwater wells, chemical feed systems, and storage reservoirs.
• Prepare design computations and quantity estimates.
• Work with CAD designers to prepare plans/drawings for water and wastewater infrastructure systems. Ability to use CAD software is considered a plus
• Occasional field work and travel to project sites may be required
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
• BS degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering field. MS is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 – 7 years of relevant experience (may include post-graduate work)
• Engineer in Training Certification
• PE or PE eligibility desired; having an AZ PE a plus
• Demonstrated experience with engineering of multi-disciplined water/wastewater projects
• Successful engineering project delivery
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills have the ability to work on multiple, unique assignments simultaneously
• Must possess clear verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to coordinate meetings, conduct effective client presentations and prepare written reports
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, hardworking and intent on doing great work
• Willingness to travel to project sites
• Must pass background check and must have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Company's driving policy
