Responsibilities
- Prepare planning reports, planning study, master planning, conceptual design, landscape and visual impact assessment;
- Manage the planning works of the assigned feasibility studies,
- Prepare relevant technical assessments for the assigned projects,
- Coordinate with project team, client, relevant government departments as needed.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Town Planning recognized by HKIP;
- Process membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Planners or Registered Professional Planner or equivalent qualifications;
- Possess min 5-10 years of post qualification experience in Planning related fields including, but not limited to master planning, conceptual design / planning study, landscape and visual impact assessment;
- Self-motivated, independent, responsible and hardworking;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Strong analytical, presentation, organizational and communication skills.
