Our reputation for innovative thinking, outstanding service, value enhancement and environmental responsibility has been earned through our participation on acclaimed projects around the world.

On every project, we capitalize on our outstanding expertise – gained on projects across the country and around the world over several decades – to inform our role as a solution-driven advisor. Our approach has led to industry firsts and standard-setting designs for projects like One World Trade Center in New York, which was designed to codes that had not yet been written; Salesforce Tower in San Francisco, the tallest building west of the Mississippi and a leader in high-rise sustainable design; New Balance Headquarters in Boston, the first project in the United States to earn all Indoor Environmental Quality credits under LEED v2009; and Dell Children’s Hospital in Austin, Texas, the first hospital to achieve LEED Platinum certification.

It is widely stated—and supported by studies—that candidates, especially women, are less likely to apply for a job unless they believe they meet 100% of the hiring criteria. WSP's talent acquisition goals include hiring the candidate who is best able to meet the performance objectives of the role. We therefore encourage persons with non-traditional skill sets and experiences to apply, even if you believe you do not meet 100% of the qualifications and hiring criteria described.
